“Bolder than Ever” with Ella: campaign & video

Buffalo’s new collection is out and it brings a great message: Diversity, anti-racism and body positivity. The models of the campaign reflects a society that is open and different. No matter what you look like or what your story is, you are special!

Buffalo in brief: the story

Buffalo is compared to many, still a relatively “new” brand. It all started back then with cowboy boots. Founder Michael Conradi was traveling in 1976 and has seen in Mexico, original Mexican cowboy boots. He found the “look” so strong that he virtually packed it directly and released it on the German market. Only a year later, when the Buffalo brand was also founded. Since then, many collaborations were made, with big stars of the time, such as Cher, the Spice Girls but also Madonna. Recent collaborations include designer Marina Hoermanseder and Lisa and Lena, who you surely know from Tik Tok.

Also here in “Bolder than Ever” 6 strong characters come together.

Video: Now online & on Youtube!

Diversity. Be the way you want, dress the way you want, live the life you want to live! With our virtual model Ella – now online, on the web, social web and of course here.

New 2021 Collection

Buffalo London – Buffalos was born back then as an absolute style icon the 90s look, because everyone today associate with Buffalo Shoes is still a must-have. Just like the new 2021 collection.

In the online store you can find the new Buffalo collection but also every single story, behind special models and characters.

“We embrace posibilities!”

Buffalo who?! Brand, history and trends

As described above, Buffalo it all started with Mexican cowboy boots. The founder and designer at the time, brought the look from a trip to Mexico and then established it as a trend in Germany. Extremely great notoriety Buffalo then got but through the establishment of the platform shoes.

The platform shoe: 90s icon

Everyone knows the 90s shoe: a giant sole, colorful or full of glitter. However, the shoe was initially just a western boot. The cowboy boot was totally in fashion in Germany at the time and later the boot was developed into one of the most famous shoes.

The shoes were then available in 20 different color combinations and thus became internationally known. With the release of the platform shoes Buffalo wrote fashion history and since then Buffalo is one of the most important shoe brands in Europe. Especially in the nineties it was the absolute trend. Big bands, stars and actors were signed. Today Buffalo is one of the biggest brands that exist in the field of shoes in Germany and throughout Europe.

No one stands for this style as Buffalo. The practical advantages for all wearers, you are immediately a few centimeters taller! A few models even get out a whole 10, 12 cm and more. But of course Buffalo makes not only platform shoe, here you will find a wide selection, boots, sandals, sneakers but also new handbag collections of Buffalo. You can also find the brand at major online stores, such as Zalando and about you.

Our little TikTok Star: LENA!

Lena is sugar! Lena is one of our young bloggers, influencer… just a great person! We met Lena through a good friend who was in our agency in the summer. She spoke of Lena and TikTok. When you saw her first contribution, we were directly enchanted and had to get in touch with the young woman from Cologne. Lena manages to inspire people spontaneously with her sugar-sweet manner and her smile. Her open and absolutely uncomplicated manner makes her an absolute popular figure, whom we as management would like to support with incredible pleasure. Lena is not only cheeky and perfect for social media, her first job was e.g. for Deichmann, Lena is also super strong for all forms of advertising. Toothpaste smile! Arina from Munich at the London Fashion Week + New Video

Arina lives in southern Germany, between mountains, fresh air and a lot of nature! The perfect conditions to have the perfect conditions as a model with a healthy lifestyle and a little sport. Although it does not quite reach the 176cm, Arina has great potential not only for the German market, but also for the international model market.

Arina at London Fashion Week – 5 shows

Already in her first weeks Arina was at the London Fashion Week! With a total of 5 jobs she had a great start in her career there. Modeling in London is a real challenge! Because in London there is a lot of competition for castings. In Berlin, where you may be with 10 or 15 other models, 80 to 100 models come to a designer casting in London, especially for Fashion Week. The castings are not even public! Only the good model agencies get the casting dates and addresses for the fashion shows in London. Our Arina made it with our partner agency Body London directly on 5 shows. We are very proud of our little one! Arina is an absolute new discovery and we hope that you will soon see her on Instagram channels of your favourite fashion brands or in the online shop with new fashion collections. If you want to see more of Arina, check out Arina’s model portfolio!

If you don’t want to miss a video of Arina but also of our other models, then follow our model agency on YouTube!

Model Johanna in Athens: Greece – modeling, living and working abroad

Going abroad as a model – a constant theme for many models, both New Comers and professionals. With a stay abroad, some plans come your way, you will be rewarded with plenty of experiences – no matter where in the world you are. Many young models are concerned about whether they can cope independently abroad, what exactly awaits them and which country or city is the right choice. Johanna von Cocaine Models is currently on the road as a model in Athens. I spoke to her about her stay abroad in the Greek capital.

Model Johanna – modeling in relaxed Athens

CM: Johanna, you are a model in Athens until the end of February, how did you get there?

I was already working here in November 2014 for one month, now my agency asked if I am available again and I came back. My agency in Cologne has put me in touch with the agency here in Athens.

CM: Why Athens of all places? What attracted you to Athens as a model?

I didn’t choose Athens directly, it turned out rather like this. But it is a beautiful city with a relaxed working atmosphere & the weather is wonderful.

Johanna-Model-Sedcard-Fashion-Editorial-Commercial-Catwalk-Onlineshop-Tv-Portrait-22

CM: Would you recommend Athens as a model city?

I would recommend Athens as a model city so far away that you can get good pictures here. Most models come to Athens to take good pictures and gain experience, not to earn the big money, because the payment is rather meagre. But to make contacts and get good pictures Athens is absolutely recommendable.

Modeling Experience Athens – Preparations & Experiences

CM: How did you prepare for your trip there?

Actually one does not have to prepare oneself really great, the hotel is booked before by the agency for the model and one must actually only book his flight and fly off. It is important to plan your meals on site before your trip, as not all apartments have kitchens and you are often on the road the whole day. I always take a few plastic cans and plastic cutlery with me so that I can cook my food on the spot and take it with me during the day.

CM: What are your experiences as a model in Athens so far?

Firstly, the people in Athens are mostly very friendly. Everything is very relaxed! On the other hand, there is always work here. There are many good photographers in Athens and clients are loyal and book you back when they are satisfied with you.

CM: How would you describe the model target group in Greece, which model types are in demand?

Blond and brown-haired models are the absolute favorite here, Asian and dark-skinned models have it rather hard here. Besides, the Greeks don’t like “too skinny” girls that much. One of my friends was even cheated a few centimetres more on her hip for her sedcard.

CM: Which castings should you attend and which jobs did you get during your time in Greece?

There are castings every day for the most different jobs, there is everything. You go to castings for fashion shows, TV commercials, online shops, magazines, editorials or campaigns. Anything you can imagine. I did some shootings for online shops, for example for sunglasses or clothes, such shootings are enough for every model here, two campaigns +TV spot, web campaigns, editorial for a magazine and more.

Johanna-Model-Sedcard-Fashion-Editorial-Commercial-Catwalk-Onlineshop-Tv-Portrait-21

Johanna between Castings & Jobs – Breakfast, Coffee, Castings

CM: What is your daily modeling life in Athens like?

Get up, make breakfast, then on the way to the castings or bookings get a coffee, which is super cheap here, then it goes with the metro, the bus, the trolley or on foot to the casting. There you are usually five to 10 minutes and then you go on to the next casting. Bookings, on the other hand, are more relaxed. The model has a given arrival time, as a model you are usually on time and then wait an hour for the client or the make-up artists. Then, on average, eight hours or more are worked.

CM: How did you live and how did you get it?

Each agency has its own apartments/hotels for the models, in which you are automatically accommodated. I stayed at the hotel last time, too. There you share the room with another girl and if you are lucky you will find the bathroom in the room, otherwise you have to share the bathroom in the hallway with the other hotel occupants. There is also a small kitchen where you can make yourself something to eat. Accommodation in a hotel costs 17 Euro per night and will be deducted from the money you receive. But this time I live with friends, it’s cheaper and you have more space.

CM: How did you spend your time in Athens away from modeling?

In the evenings you often go out, have fun and have a drink. Otherwise you can of course visit the Acropolis and other sights. I also spend a lot of time in the shopping streets and when I have a day off I go to the sea.

Athens – Highlights & Recommendations

CM: What are your personal Athens highlights?

The Acropolis in any case, one should go up there once, alone to enjoy the view! This is completely free of charge for European students. Another highlight are of course the new friends and the hours together. An insider tip: The spinach feta pie which you can buy here in all bakeries is great and should be plastered on every visit to Athens.

CM: What do you recommend to other models who go to Athens for a while?

Calmness! Even if you are a young model who is a little panicked for the first few days, you are never too late in Greece. Furthermore, I can only recommend a good contact to the local agency. I have seen that if you visit the agency more often and maintain a good relationship, you get a lot of help and the agency gives you some opportunities. Always take sunscreen with you, because I even got a little sunburn in February!

CM: What does the modeling industry in Athens and Greece look like?

She’s definitely big! There are many jobs, albeit for less money. Due to Greece’s financial situation, one can certainly imagine how people have to struggle with it to pay enough. Nevertheless, there is work for every willing to work! I haven’t met anyone here who hasn’t worked. Nevertheless, the market for Male Models is very narrow, because there are enough Greek boys on site.

<Johanna-Model-Sedcard-Fashion-Editorial-Commercial-Catwalk-Onlineshop-Tv-Portrait-14<

CM: Is a stay in Athens worthwhile for models?

Not necessarily to make big money, but for good pictures and a lot of experiences that really take you further. You can also earn money, but it may well be that in the end there is not so much jumping around when I look at the payment here.

CM: What did you notice positively in Athens, what rather negatively?

The friendly people are positive! Absolutely negative is chronic lateness.

CM: Are there any cultural differences that a German visitor should take into account?

One thing is very unusual: You can order coffee at the bakeries and it will be delivered to you wherever you want! this is super practical! Another big difference and for many probably a big change: Smoking is going on everywhere inside, whether at the shooting, in the restaurant, in the club or at the casting.

Johanna: “Now I’m a pro in posing”

CM: What do you take with you to Germany from your time as a model in Athens?

Many new friends and experiences. Also some pictures, which I can use for my book and fortunately also my earned money. I also take many new contacts with me, which I will certainly be able to use when I come back. One thing I can say for sure: After your stay in Athens you will be a professional in posing for online shop shootings! That’s something every model here takes with them.

Johanna-Model-Sedcard-Fashion-Editorial-Commercial-Catwalk-Onlineshop-Tv-Portrait-15

CM: For which models with what ambitions do you recommend Athens?

I think Athens is something for models with experience as well as for newcomers. Of course you should have a reasonably good book, but you don’t have to work so much to get a foothold here. You shouldn’t be shy either, because you are rather small for a model, because there are rather less fashion shows taking place here.

CM: Dear Johanna, thank you for your interview!

Model Marie Dahmen: Sexy posing, sweet smile

Marie Dahmen had already dreamed of a great career in the modeling business as a child. The young student combines everyday school life with exciting photo shoots and model jobs. With Cocaine Models since 2015, she quickly made a name for herself in the agency, especially as a strong Beauy face. We talked to the talented beauty about everyday life between school and model business.

The Model-Sedcard from Marie can be found here. Also go to all female models.

Marie Dahmen in interview

CM: You’re still quite new and haven’t gained much experience in the modeling business, where does your interest in modeling come from? What do you like about modeling?

Marie: I am very interested in the variety, diversity and beauty. I also enjoy playing different roles.

CM: Was that already in your childhood a dream to become a successful model?

Marie: Yes, even as a small child I was very interested in it and it has always been my dream job.

CM: What do your parents think of your job as a model?

Marie: My parents have mixed feelings about this. They range from pride to joy to concern.

CM: You still go to school, how do you reconcile that with modeling?

Marie: I realize that it’s not easy to reconcile the two in the long run, but I can’t say much about it yet, as I’m still very new to the business.

CM: You’re still very young, where does your self-confidence come from? How do your classmates or friends react to you modeling?

Marie: I have two brothers, through them I was forced to develop self-confidence haha. My girlfriends and my boyfriend think it’s very good that I started modeling because I’ve always talked about it and they always told me to finally apply. You wish me that this life’s dream will come true.

CM:What do you think is special about you and how do you stand out among other models?

Marie: I just really enjoy being in front of the camera and that’s the joy I radiate in the pictures. Because I am very self-confident, I also express this in the pictures.

CM: What is your big dream, what do you still want to achieve in your future?

Marie: First I want to take my Abitur and then, if possible, study in Cologne. Of course I want to go on modeling and see what the future will bring.

CM: Dear Marie, thank you for the interview!

Lisa from Zurich rocks for Onygo in Germany!

Lisa masters one job after the other with a lot of effort and fun in her job as a model. Our Lisa comes from Zurich, models all over Europe and is currently in London to gain even more experience as a model. But for her last job in Germany she rocked at the shooting for the well-known fashion brand Onygo, which is always equipped with the latest shoes for girls. True to the motto “Shoe love is true love”, they have been following their successful branch concept in Germany since 2016. From boots, flats and sandals to sneakers, heels and platforms. Headgear such as hats and caps are also included!

A tight schedule for the Onygo Shooting in Cologne!

The shooting took place in Cologne early in the morning. Lisa had to get out of bed early to get to her job on time. Punctuality is the be-all and end-all for a model! After all, a whole team is already waiting for them, which wants to work without delay. Arrived at the agreed meeting point Lisa first had to go to the mask, where she was made up for her job. Since the shooting took place under the motto ” Streetstyle”, the make-up was kept rather discreet and suitable for everyday use. After the styling is finished, we go to the shooting location. Shootings are not always indoors in the warm studio, because for the Onygo shooting their streetstyle look was shot authenthically on the street. That means for a professional model like Lisa in winter: Bite your teeth together and go to geht´s! The Onygo shooting was a full-time job for our Lisa and she mastered everything with flying colours. What shooting location do you think she’ll find next time?

In street style: casual look with Lisa and shooting partner

Lisa, right in the picture, looks directly into the camera while her partner looks at the floor. Both harmonize well in the picture and the look of the picture looks much cooler. You rocked!

,

Good teamwork is always important in a shooting!

A model is seldom alone in front of the camera. At the Onygo Shooting Lisa got a partner she had to work with. They had to coordinate their posing so that everything in the pictures harmonizes well. But there was also a team behind the scenes to see if the outfit, hair and make-up were right. The outfit also needs to be changed over and over again so that they stay on schedule and do everything on time. Good teamwork within the team is particularly important. Everyone should be concentrated so that everything functions smoothly. During the shooting with Lisa everything went great and the team was thrilled. It’s fun to work like that! Here you can see some results of the shooting for Onygo:

Outdoor Shooting: Different backdrops provide variety

As already mentioned, the shooting took place under the motto “Streetstyle”. Where better than going out and shooting outside at a cool shooting location? Colourful walls and Conatiner in the background make everything appear much looser and stylish. As if they had been photographed by chance in everyday life. We love this look!

Shootings for Social Media Posts: Still a lot of effort!

The pictures from the shooting for Onygo can also be seen on social media channels such as Instagram. But one should not underestimate the effort for such a social media shooting! It’s easier said than done to produce good images on which everyone is right. Even if no classical studio is available, a good photographer, a make-up artist / stylist and of course professional models must be booked.

Pure Coolness: Lisa posing alone in front of the camera

Of course Lisa also stood alone in the center and proved pure coolness. The clothes of Onygo make a big difference, but of course the facial expression has to be 100% right. We think Lisa’s got what it takes!

Lisa’s video showreel

Shortly before Lisa was visiting us at the model agency and of course we shot a little video with her!

Retouch: From the shoot to the photo of the customer

Preparing for Photo Shoots and Customer Projects: The Team

The first step in any campaign or project is to prepare for the photo shoot. Such a preparation and organization is quite demanding, because it’s about having the right people in the team. Stylist, make-up artist, models, assistant, really much planning! So if you do not just want to focus on retouching, but also a little bit about photography and project management, then you’ve come to the right place! Because what was not considered in production, is difficult to save in the post. By coordinating a good photo team, you already have half the battle.

Photo Studio to Customer Meeting: Planning

In addition to the team, it is also about the organization of a photo studio. Photo studios have very different properties. One is the different lighting conditions. Is there enough daylight or is the hall completely darkened, is there sufficient equipment in the required quality and what is the final price of the studio? Customers plan with a fixed budget, so it’s up to you to get the most out of your costs. If you’ve planned the entire team of make-up artists, stylists, models and so far but have also found the right photo studio, you’re ready to go. Our Creative Art Director will show you what a shooting schedule looks like and what are the key points to consider when preparing for a shoot.

At the end of a planning is still the final agreement with the customer, here everything is approved. All ideas, concepts and dates as well as the location are discussed. If everything is then approved, it can go into the final planning. All team members receive a written confirmation, the photo studio or the location are firmly booked. The stylist or stylist now looks after the matching outfits and accessories. Done! At least step 1 of 3.

    Photoshooting: The Production Day

As already mentioned, Retouch and photography are all about the fact that already the basics (photos) are outstanding. This includes a professional and experienced photographer as well as a well-equipped studio or the right equipment for indoor (studio) or outdoor production. In the morning all team members gather, the booked make-up artist starts working on the model and the photographer prepares the studio and the lighting with his assistants. Next, the model gets the clothes of stylists, the customer inspects everything locally. If another product comes into play, it is the last step, the set is now ready and it can be photographed.

Every 15 to 20 minutes the outfit is changed, eg. at an online shop shoot. In a lookbook shoot, z.b. for image recordings, you have a lot more time for each individual piece. At the end you have one or two memory cards filled with hundreds of photos and possibly even additional video recordings.

Viewing and selecting the photos for the customer: recommendation

After the shooting, the material is viewed and evaluated. All photos that get a good rating from the photographer or the assistant will be short-listed. A final final look selects the photos that will be sent to customers for selection. From the customer then comes on the same day or a little later the selection. These final photos, 5 to 30 shots will be edited. Here begins the work in retouching.

High quality photo editing and retouching

Naturalness in photos is a prerequisite for high-quality work and quality. The less post-processing in the final results is recognizable, the more qualitative one has worked. Our agency is all about quality. Quality sets us apart from the work of many others and makes our customers satisfied and happy (the highest good). The fact that more people talk about their brand or increase the sales volume in the inner cities or in the online shop. When retouching you work mainly on the computer. For two, three or four hours you are engrossed in the editing of photos.

Retouching is not just about skin, but also about beauty photography, especially with regard to online shops, it’s all about clean floors and backgrounds. Small dirt caused by shoes or abrasion must be removed. Everything has to be right, colors, light parameters and configurations. You will get to know all this know-how during our internship. The longer you are there, the more you learn to enter into matter.

How does an internship take place in retouching (image processing)?

Depending on whether you are here for three or six months – you will get a deep insight in any case! During the three-month internship for retouching and photography, our main focus is on learning something from all areas and on how professional photographers work for advertising and fashion. If you complete a six-month internship, you will receive your own projects and in-depth training in the organization as well as professional practice in the various software programs that are used today in an agency for photography and videography!

    vocational training in Retouch?

If you want to have a professional and well-founded education, then we recommend a vocational training as a clerk or a businessman for office management or dialogue marketing with a focus on photography, work and project management.

In the special field of image post-processing, there is no own vocational training. We offer you then a vocational training as a merchant or businesswoman for office management or dialogue marketing with a focus on photography, art buying and project management. In the three-year training you get very deep insights into the world of photography, marketing and advertising. A very interesting mix for your future career. Model Lea in America – Working and Living in New York & Miami

America – the dream of many, especially models. Lea made it: She got to know modeling in the USA.

“The American Dream” – Lea got to know him

We talked to her and she told us beautiful and exciting details of her journey.

Why did you go to America?

“That was totally spontaneous. I decided to fly to the USA just two days before the trip. It has always been a dream of mine to see America. When winter really started and everything got stressful, I decided to visit friends in Miami.”

    How long were you there?

“The plan was a three-week vacation. “In the end, it was six months.”

Where were you in the USA?

“I stayed in Miami for the first four months. Then I went to Chicago and spent the last two months in New York.”
The modeling in NY & Miami

    Where did you live?

“In Miami I lived in a model house and in New York with friends I met during my stay there.”

What kind of jobs did you do?

“Very different. Starting with catalogue jobs, online stuff and editorial.”

What was your best experience in Miami or New York?

“The whole trip, actually. I met so many great new people from all over the world. That was the best part.”

How is the model market in America?

“It’s not really hard to get a foothold in Miami. It doesn’t matter if you are New Face or already professional. All agencies get the same castings, which means everyone has the same chance as a model, regardless of the agency you are in. It’s different in New York. The Modelling Agency plays an important role here. “The better your agency, the better your chances of getting a good job.”

Thank you Lea, for the great interview!

Become a photo model – Dream job: Popular & underestimated

Become a model: A dream of many young girls, women and men. Living in glamour and luxury, wearing expensive designer collections, visiting the most beautiful places in the world, knowing the right people and looking incredibly good. Who doesn’t want that? That can’t be hard, many suspect. With the right model agency in Berlin, Hamburg or Munich. But behind such a career is much more than just being “beautiful”: Incredibly much work, talent and finally also some “luck”. No human being is born as a model – well maybe isolated cases, but these are absolute exceptions. Basically, modeling is a full-time job that requires a lot of sweat, discipline and passion. At best, a good dose of cleverness and intelligence. Because even as a model, you’re a businesswoman or a businessman. What is basically behind the profession of a photo model?

Dream job photo model – The way to model

What is a photo model? The definition of a model

A photo model is a person who advertises products or services by using his body, i.e. visually. This can be on TV, on posters, face-to-face, in magazines, online or similar. Models are also booked for demonstrating and presenting fashion collections or beauty and styling products. For the optimal model figure, a model must exercise regularly and should pay strict attention to nutrition. Even if the body as canvas is in the foreground when modeling, gestures, facial expressions, an intensive look into the camera, posing and charisma also play an important role in a photo model. Emotions are very important for advertising, because sales promotion works through emotions. Emotions are generated by the disciplines mentioned above, such as facial expressions or gestures. A model must train hard in order to be able to implement the disciplines authentically at the push of a button. At catwalk shows, for the presentation of fashion collections, the models must also know the different running styles and present a choreography on the catwalk, as a pure photo model this is usually not necessary.

There are already small tips that help. Set up a few moods for the posing in front of every photographer shooting or before every single set. For example, there are small, very effective facial expressions, for women among others:

    1. Sink your head down. Then look up and focus the camera.
    2. Games with the lips.
    3. Similar to step 1, but then the view from (left or right) outside goes to the camera
    4. You can close your eyes and’feel’
    5. Now you can seem’tender’, look or even’lovely’
    6. Sweet looks, then smile
    7. And don’t forget: Also move your body

difference: photo model & catwalk model

In the past, a strict distinction was made between the term photo model and catwalk model (also called mannequine). Today both fall under the generic term model. Thus, a model can stand in front of the camera for advertising shoots as well as make a good figure on the catwalk for designers. Of course there are different “model types”, i.e. if a model has a good figure, a great face and a unique charisma, but is generally too small for the catwalk, then it can still work as a photo model, but is rather less booked for the catwalk.

Photo modeling agencies – serious modeling agencies

Models can work with and without photo modeling agency. A contract with a good model agency is always recommendable. First, a modeling agency will make sure that you get good jobs, the emphasis is on good! The quality of a customer and an order counts. The model agency makes sure that you only work with serious customers and presents you in the best light. Especially if a model works abroad, a model agency is important as security, because no customer can use the model by underpayment or the like. If you have questions, she supports you as a model and shows you the deficits you have to work on. In Germany, the agency usually charges 20 percent commission for referrals to customers once the model has completed its job. Abroad this agency commission can vary and also amount to up to 50 percent. In addition to paying the model, the agency usually requires a so-called AP from the client.

Become a photo model – The requirements for models

An optimized body, i.e. a slim, slightly sporty figure, is the basic requirement for a photo model and a catwalk model. A distinction is made between male and female models. While the male models are allowed to do more sports, the female models should be only slightly muscular. You should make sure that your body is taut and you are fit, really visible muscles should be avoided as much as possible, otherwise they are not flexible. Furthermore, the character and the charisma of a model is of course decisive! It is not enough just to meet the visual requirements to become a successful model. The character, the changeability, the self-confidence and the resulting charisma are immensely important to succeed in the model business in the long run. In addition, a model should have a great deal of motivation and ambition, because a model has to work on himself permanently. Jobs can be very strenuous and lengthy, but a model should not show signs of fatigue, stress or frustration. An actor’s talent is a great benefit to a model, so she can not only slip into the different roles better, but also overplay the current feelings.

Model dimensions for women and men

Of course, a distinction is also made between female and male models.

    Prerequisites for Men Models

A male model should have a defined, slim body. The minimum size for a male model is 184 cm. A male model should not be larger than 194 cm in order to be flexible.

    Prerequisites for Female Models

In principle, a female model should not be smaller than 174 cm to achieve real success in the modeling business. Smaller models can work as photo models, but often do not fit into the fashion collections and are not popular with designers, especially for the catwalk. The perfect model sizes for women are 90-60-90 (90 cm hip, 60 cm waist, 90 cm chest circumference.)

Models wanted!- How to become a photo model at CM?

Cocaine Models is a model agency, headquartered in Cologne, which mediates models in Cologne, Hamburg, Berlin, Munich and surroundings. If you are interested in modeling, are motivated and meet the above requirements, then apply online at Cocaine Models. Our Cocaine Models team is always looking for new and interesting faces. We are looking for male and female models.

    This is how you apply:

You apply online with your (honest) measurements and Polaroid images. Polaroid photos should be clean, not artificial. No make-up, plain and figure-hugging clothes and a natural light. If we find you interesting, one of our Model Booker will contact you within 14 days and invite you to a personal meeting at our model agency. You should think about your experiences, goals as a model, your mobility and availability in advance. In the agency we will take your exact measurements (which hopefully don’t differ too much from your stated measurements) and make a small test shoot to see how you present yourself in front of the camera. You should also appear clean for this: plain, figure-hugging clothes, white T-shirt, dark trousers, skin-coloured underwear. All female models should think of bikini and high heels. No Make-Up, because also your real skin is important for the mediation to customers!
